Numbers, dashboards, case studies and examples on this website are for illustration only. They may not be typical, and past results do not guarantee future results.

Platforms such as Shopify, Meta, Google, TikTok, payment providers and suppliers can change their rules, pricing or algorithms, or restrict, suspend or close accounts without notice. HUGINNMERCE does not control those decisions.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, stores may use dropshipping or third-party fulfilment. Some platforms may restrict parts of this model, and their policies may change. A platform action caused by a known risk of the agreed model does not by itself mean HUGINNMERCE is in breach or give a right to a refund.

We do not guarantee profit, revenue, sales, product success, margins, account approval or longevity, return on investment, or recovery of the fees you pay. Results depend on market conditions, products, advertising, competition, suppliers, customers, platform decisions and other factors outside our control.

Testing, changing and replacing products is a normal part of building a store. Personal dislike of a product, niche, supplier, design or price does not by itself mean the service was performed poorly or give a right to a refund.

If a platform restricts your store, we may offer an alternative platform, supplier or product strategy where practical, subject to your cooperation, any third-party costs and a signed change order. We are not obliged to provide work outside the agreed scope.

Nothing on this website or in our services is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Only invest money you can afford to lose, and speak to a qualified professional before major decisions.

Our obligations are only those stated in the signed agreement and its written attachments. Any promise that matters to you must be included in those documents.

To the extent the law allows, HUGINNMERCE is not liable for indirect, consequential, speculative or punitive damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you actually paid us. This does not apply where the law does not allow such limits.
